ACCOMMODATION

Participants are encouraged to opt for the accommodation facilities arranged within or near the IIT Roorkee campus for a comfortable and convenient stay. A fixed-rate package has been negotiated with a partnered hotel, which includes breakfast to ensure a hassle-free experience. Staying close to the venue allows participants to fully immerse themselves in the event, with easy access to all sessions and networking opportunities.

Early booking is recommended, as limited rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Limited number of rooms are available at Hometel Roorkee for the attendees of IWPSD on payment basis. Free Bus Transportation will be available from Hometel to IIT Roorkee at designated times during the conference (time to be decided by the organizers).
