Banquet charge: INR 1500/- per person

Banquet date & venue: Hometel Roorkee, 17th December 2025

Tutorial charge: INR 1000/- per person

Note-1: Registration fees include admission to all conference sessions, daily lunch and tea breaks, conference kit.

Note-2: The Conference registration, Banquet and Tutorial Registration Fees are exclusive of GST and bank charges. These additional charges must be paid by the participant, if applicable.

Note-3: Anyone registering for the conference can purchase a Banquet ticket for himself/herself by choosing yes in "Opt for Banquet". Once you select "Yes", you will see an option "Additional banquet ticket". From this, one can purchase at most 2 additional Banquet tickets, which means one can have 2 guests with him/her for the Banquet.

Note-4: Spot registration will not be allowed for Tutorials. Banquet tickets cannot be purchased on-the-spot.

Note-5: Each accepted IWPSD paper, including invited and special session papers, requires one full conference registration before Oct 15, 2025. A student registration is not sufficient.
