There is no printing service provided by IWPSD. Authors are responsible for bringing their printed posters. Poster boards and pushpins will be provided. The poster board will fit a poster of A0 size (33.1 x 46.8 inches) in portrait orientation. The poster must be legible from a distance of two meters. The paper's title, authors, and affiliations, as in the submitted version, must appear at the top of the poster.
1- Each paper accepted for oral presentation will be allotted a 15-minute time slot (12 minutes for presentation, followed by 3 min for questions).
2- The recommended maximum number of slides is 15 (including the title and conclusion slides). The paper's title, authors, and affiliations, as they appear in the submitted version, must be displayed on the title slide. Ensure the fonts, colors, and graphics in the slides are clearly readable when projected.
3- The presenting authors are requested to bring their presentations on a flash drive for uploading to the session room computers before the session begins.
It is planned to publish the peer reviewed and selected papers of conference as proceedings with Springer in their prestigious “Springer Proceedings in Physics” series (https://link.springer.com/series/0361). For detailed instructions for author and editors of conference proceedings, kindly visit the following link: https://www.springer.com/us/authors-editors/conference-proceedings. Selected papers from the conference will be published by Springer as a proceedings book volume. Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published. Springer Nature does not charge any money for publication of Non-Open Access content. Abstracts/extended abstracts and short papers (less than 4 pages) are not considered for publication. All communication regarding the proceedings must be directed to the conference organizers or volume editors. Paper authors should not contact Springer Nature directly.
